All of our guests undergo a thorough screening process (regardless of reservation length), checking individual identities against public records and available databases, including:

• OFAC list (includes terrorist designations)

• Public state and county criminal records

• State and national sex offender registries

Marketing

Our suites are advertised on our direct booking website, as well as other third-party short-term rental sites.

Guests

Simply Suite Getaway guests include those traveling for leisure, business, or corporate stays. Our stays range from two days to four months.

Cleaning

After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly upon request.
